These Terms govern access to and use of the CareAxis platform. By using CareAxis, you agree to these Terms.

Platform use

CareAxis is a healthcare operations platform for care providers, coordinators and workforce teams. Users must use the platform lawfully and appropriately.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity performed under their account.

Data responsibility

Organisations remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and appropriateness of data entered into CareAxis, including sensitive or health-related information.

Security

CareAxis provides security controls including authentication, session management, audit logging and role-based access controls. Users must also maintain appropriate internal controls.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CareAxis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, misuse of the platform, or incorrect data entered by users.
